get healthy harrisburg challenge
This spring, Harrisburg Parks & Recreation issued a challenge: Walk the globe as a community and achieve mileage milestones as you strive to be healthier. Participants registered alone and in teams, virtually circling the planet as they run, jog and stroll sidewalks, roadways and greenways every day.

Each week, the Town will publish the Get Healthy Harrisburg Challenge's team and individual mileage leaders as well as total mileage accumulated thus far. The event kicked off April 14 and will end June 23. Interested in participating? Registration information is below!

Weekly Results, Week #3, April 29-May 5:
TEAM with highest mileage = Team H.A.R.T, 305.90 miles
INDIVIDUAL with the highest mileage = Lowdermilk, 14.00 miles

Total Miles = 1,582.12 miles
TEAM miles = 1,532.62 miles
INDIVIDUAL miles = 49.50 miles
