(October 8, 2011) The Harrisburg Fire Department opened its doors to Station 1 on Morehead Road this October with an Open House event. More than 400 individuals attended and enjoyed a variety of activities including tours, demonstrations and a barbecue lunch. Approximately 100 children also participated in the Jr. Firefighter Challenge.
