The Customer Service Department is the first face you see when you enter Harrisburg Town Hall, and the gateway to our other departments. We greet you with a smile, and offer our assistance during your visit. You will always be assisted in a timely manner, and will be given useful advice at Harrisburg Town Hall. Lori B. Nash - Office Manager
Lori was hired by the Town of Harrisburg in February 2003 as a utilities billing clerk. Lori was promoted to office manger in August 2008 due to her strong leadership skills and has seen the Town population grow from 1,400 residents to 6,500 in her time here.
Jenny Franklin - Customer Service Supervisor
Jenny was hired by the Town of Harrisburg in September 2005 as a utilities billing clerk. Jenny was promoted to customer service supervisor in August 2008 due to her commitment to excellent customer service and leadership.
Crystal Bost - Customer Service Representative
Crystal was hired by the Town of Harrisburg in July 2009 as a part-time customer service representative. Through Crystal's commitment and dedication to helping the residents of Harrisburg, she was promoted to full time customer service representative in January 2010.
Hayley Lyerly - Customer Service Representative
Hayley was hired by the Town of Harrisburg in August 2010. Hayley comes to us from Tom Johnson Camping where she was a customer service representative. We are happy that Hayley has joined the Town of Harrisburg to serve our residents with dedication and commitment to excellence.
Kim Blakley - Customer Service Representative
Kim was hired by the Town of Harrisburg in December 2008 and worked through February 2010. Fortunately, Kim was rehired as part-time customer service representative in February 2012. When you call to inquire about town taxes, you will speak with Kim who will assist you with her friendly voice. We are glad that Kim has rejoined our customer service team with the Town of Harrisburg.
